Teaching hatha yoga courses since 1997. Working with mixed age groups and skill levels,
I’ve developed an individual approach to teaching asana. Along with general hatha yoga
courses, I have been giving yoga-based workshops: yoga for the office, yoga for healthy
bones, yoga for pregnancy, antistress yoga, tibetan pranayama.

Nakon kratkog teoretskog uvoda, probat ćete redizajniran Pozdrav Suncu koji korigira položaj glave, stimulira srce i respiratorne mišiće, rasterećuje vezu lopatica i trupa, razvija snagu trupa i tricepsa. Najvažnije, brzo uvodi vježbača u poseban tijek pokreta. Ako ste ikad slušali o yogi kao ratničkoj disciplini, postat će vam jasno zašto. U najvišoj brzini, dinamička varijanta pruža iskustvo najbliže onome bliske tjelesne borbe. Stotinu Pozdrava odjednom postaje smisleno i izvedivo, a tri stotine tek izazovno, ne više nemoguće.
