Nakon premijera na Youtubeu, svi sadržaji su dostupni 24/7 u Yoga vježbaonici.

– Yoga vježbe za početnike, 10 minuta od ponedjeljka do petka.
– Hatha yoga, 60 minuta, ponedjeljkom i četvrkom
– Dinamička yoga utorkom i petkom, 20-30 minuta
– Smirena srijeda, opuštajuća yoga, 50-60 minuta
– Tečaj opuštanja srijedom u 20,00.

* Napredujte kroz pravilno odmjeren napor.
* Postanite gibljiviji, učvrstite trup, pronađite ravnotežu na jednoj nozi ili obje ruke.
* Estetika i “krajnji položaj” je u drugom planu, zdravlje u prvom.
* Ideja vanjske geometrije je zastarjela i nasilna. Ne trebate ravnati koljena u pretklonu niti hvatati palac u trokutu. Ako je teže ne znači da valja.
* Stil joge koji podučavam temelji se na hatha jogi. Dinamikom pripremam tijelo za statiku. Objašnjavam principe vježbe i unutrašnje znakove prema kojima znate da dobro radite.

Jogu vježbam dvadeset i pet godina, a podučavam dvadeset. Doživio sam ju kao

terapeutsku disciplinu koja se sjajno kombinira s fizikalnom terapijom, masažom i akupresurom. Nije univerzalno ljekovita kao što ju često predstavljaju, ali u prevenciji i ublažavanju mnogih bolesti i poremećaja briljira.

O terapeutskoj snazi joge govori rad Lorena Fishmana koji je protokol za tretman osteoporoze uspješno testirao na deset tisuća ljudi, te kapitalno djelo liječnika Deana Ornisha koji je u kliničkim uvjetima dokazao da se jogijskim načinom života može izbjeći operacija srca.

Tu je i moj primjer. Vježbajući jogu oporavio sam se od teške saobraćajne nesreće u kojoj sam skoro poginuo.

Teaching

Teaching hatha yoga courses since 1997. Working with mixed age groups and skill levels,
I’ve developed an individual approach to teaching asana. Along with general hatha yoga
courses, I have been giving yoga-based workshops: yoga for the office, yoga for healthy
bones, yoga for pregnancy, antistress yoga, tibetan pranayama.
